Project Overview

Concept: clinic website with clear service pages and an easy contact form.

Problem

A concept project for a fictional clinic in Charlotte. People choosing a practice need plain language, clear services and an easy way to get in touch. Everwell is not a real practice.

Solution

I built ten pages: home, a services overview with a page for each service, the practice, a page for new visitors, contact and a privacy notice. The wording avoids jargon, and the contact form is clearly marked as a demo.
